FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

1.  HOW MANY IMAGES WILL YOU DELIVER?

With all day coverage and depending on the size of the wedding, the number of images start at 400 and may go up to 800 and will be professionally (and lovingly) edited and presented via online gallery and USB.  There will be a selection of colour & black and white photographs in high resolution JPEG - with both print and web-sized images available to you.  We take many more photos than that - but will only deliver the quality images (a lot of photos won't be worthy of editing for different reasons)

2.  HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Your images will be available to you via both your Online Gallery (Print and Web-sized) and USB (Print sized).  You will receive a PIN to download the images on the Online Gallery by email once the images have been edited.

3.  CAN WE HAVE A COPY OF ALL OF THE PHOTOS TAKEN ON THE DAY?

We aim to deliver only the best images from your Wedding Day.  Although 400 to 800 images sounds unusual for a full day  coverage, we want you to absolutely love the finished product, so we eliminate the test shots, the un-flattering angles, blinks, blurs, funny faces (unless that tells a story) and any images that are not a true representation of your day.

Basically, we want to deliver a collection of images that you would love to share, print and cherish.

4.  WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

You will receive your images via the online gallery within 6 to 8 weeks after your Wedding date.  The USB will be delivered by Australia Post shortly after that.

5.  DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS?

Yes, we offer beautiful Flushmount albums from Queenberry.  These are professionally designed to tell your Wedding story, then beautifully constructed and shipped safely by the Company.  There is a huge selection of covers, cover designs and paper choices but samples will be available for you to choose from.  These can be ordered anytime after your Wedding, but a $500 discount is offered for orders received before your big day.

Albums are highly recommended to display your photographs and are a permanent document of the day.  With technology progressing so quickly, it is hard to say whether USBs, CDs or even JPEGs will be accessible in the future.  How many VHS players do you see on the market, these days?

6.  DO YOU OFFER HOURLY WEDDING COVERAGE.

Our packages are all day coverage.  From your Bridal Preparation through to your first dance.

7.  DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

Yes, absolutely.  As you can well appreciate, each Wedding will have different requirements but for safety reasons, we will always insist on arriving the day before the Wedding and also stay the night of the Wedding, preferably somewhere close by.  Overseas travel will be an additional cost on top of the package, but we do choose the most economical option.  We can organise a quote, on request.

8.  WHEN DO WE GET OUR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS TAKEN ON THE DAY?

We offer a basic timeline to help you plan out your day.  This is critical during the planning process and allows you to get the best possible images from your Wedding because factors such as the time of year, daylight savings and travel between locations will make each Wedding very different

The portrait sessions on your Wedding Day will be around 75-90 minutes (this includes Family Portraits, Bridal Party Portraits and portraits of the Bride and Groom) and can vary depending on travel, etc.

We want to get these done as quickly and efficiently as possible so that you can spend quality time with your family and friends.

Our favourite time of day is 30 minutes before sunset for the Bride and Groom portrait session - to get the best possible light

9.  DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, absolutely.

10.  HOW DO WE BOOK?

Click here to go to the Contact Page and send me an email.  You will be required to fill in some basic information (but it doesn't take long) and I will respond as soon as possible.

To secure the date, I require a retainer and a signed wedding photography agreement.  Until that is received by us, your date cannot be locked in.

11.  HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

It is advisable to check my availability, as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.  We work on a first in first served basis.  and we are already taking bookings into 2019.  March, April and September, along with October and November are our busiest months.

12.  HOW DO WE PAY?

Currently, we offer Direct Deposit.  An invoice will be supplied to you with our Bank Details.  Each payment received by us will be deducted from that invoice and a copy with the new balance will be emailed to you, for your records.  Full payment is required six (6) weeks before your Wedding Date.
